Role Descriptions
Grant Associate
Crafts compelling proposals to secure funding for clients from various sources, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies
Requires excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives
Proven track record of successful grant applications and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Grant Project Manager
Oversees the entire grant lifecycle, from initial research to final reporting, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
Coordinates with clients, writers, and funders, as well as managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple grant projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and communication skills, experience in project management, and a deep understanding of the grant-making process.
Requirements
We work with people who:
are comfortable working professionally with clients in the nonprofit sector
have previous experience as a consultant or independent contractor
are continuously learning and eager to build new skills
communicate and collaborate well and often
have excellent time management and organizational skills
are experienced with Asana or similar project management tools
